High build solvent free silicon based liquid insulation coating   

A single component 100% solids silicon coating designed to be applied to metallic substrates with a surface temperature ranging from 5C to 50C. Once cured the product will reduce surface temperatures from 250C to below 55C. 

• Solvent free silicon technology 

• Applied by brush or squeegee 

• Applied in a single coat up to 1-2mm wet film thickness 

• Suitable for all metallic surfaces 

• Eradicates burns and scalds caused by hot surfaces 

• Reduces heat loss on in-insulated systems

This product can be used to insulate and protect - 

• Chemical storage tanks 

• External pipe surfaces 

• Process equipment such as separators, evaporators 

• External surfaces of pumps and valves 

• Reactors
