High build solvent free epoxy liquid insulation coating   

A two component 100% solids epoxy coating designed to be applied to metallic substrates with a surface temperature ranging from 2C to 50C. Once cured the product will reduce the potential for condensation on cold surfaces and reduce the touch surface temperature of hot surfaces. 

• Applied by brush or squeegee 

• Applied in a single coat up to 1-2mm wet film thickness 

• Suitable for all metallic surfaces 

• Reduce surface touch temperatures by 60% + 

• Apply to surfaces upto 140C 

• Eradicates burns and scalds caused by hot surfaces 

• Reduces heat loss on un-insulated systems

This product can be used to insulate and protect - 

• Chemical storage tanks 

• External pipe surfaces 

• Process equipment such as separators, evaporators 

• External surfaces of pumps and valves 

• Reactors
